Welcome to PodioCRMS, powered by Integroforce. We offer a fully customized CRM built on top of the Podio platform, tailored specifically for real estate wholesalers, investors, and service-based businesses across industries. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

 

2. Services We Offer

Integroforce provides setup and technical services for real estate businesses and other industries through customized CRM systems built on Podio. Our core services include:

  • Podio CRM setup for deal management, lead tracking, and team workflows

  • One-time CRM setup for your business

  • Ongoing support and troubleshooting

  • Paid customizations, integrations, and system enhancements

Note: We are not a SaaS company offering monthly CRM subscriptions. We provide service-based CRM setup and ongoing support.

3. Pricing Structure

A. One-Time Setup Fee

  • A flat fee of $800 is required to initiate your CRM build.

  • This includes:

    • Initial consultation

    • System architecture tailored to your business

    • Complete Podio CRM setup and base workflow automation

    • Personalized onboarding

  • This fee is non-refundable, as it covers development labor and knowledge-based system setup essential for running a real estate operation.

 

B. Ongoing Support (Optional)

For clients who want continued support:

  • $49/month

  • This covers:

    • Keeping the system running smoothly

    • One free call/month for Q&A or team training

    • Error checking and small fixes (non-custom work)

Support begins after setup and is optional — but highly recommended to ensure continuity and uptime.

 

C. Customizations

  • Custom feature development or changes to existing workflows are billed at $20/hour.

  • This includes:

    • Workflow changes

    • New logic flows

    • Automation improvements

    • Dashboard enhancements

 

D. Integrations

  • One integration of your choice is included for free during setup (e.g., SmrtPhone, CallRail, etc.)

  • Additional integrations are priced at $69 per integration

  • All integrations are limited to API-accessible tools with publicly documented endpoints.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe.

  • Setup Fee is non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation.

  • Monthly support is refundable only within 7 days of billing, provided no call or support has been used.

 

5. Account Access

You must have a valid Podio Premium account (minimum $25/user/month, billed directly by Podio). During setup, you’ll provide full workspace access to our team for implementation.

 

6. Data Use & Privacy

We collect only essential user data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

We use this information to contact you, provide support, and deliver your CRM service. We do not sell or share your data with any third-party services except for payment processing via Stripe.

7. Termination of Services

You may terminate monthly support at any time via the billing portal. For full account deletion or permanent data removal requests, please contact support.

 

8. Limitations & Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions from Podio, Citrix, or third-party tools

  • Misuse or accidental deletion of workflows by your team

  • Downtime caused by external platforms

Our liability, if any, is limited to the most recent payment made for our services.

 

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes agreement with updated terms.
