PodioCRMS, powered by Integroforce, is a comprehensive CRM solution built on top of the Podio platform and integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL) for a seamless real estate business management experience. Our infrastructure is designed specifically for real estate investors and wholesalers, combining deal management via Podio with robust marketing tools from GoHighLevel.
Welcome to Integroforce! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, specifically regarding our PodioCRM and GoHighLevel products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Integroforce provides infrastructure and support for real estate businesses through our CRM built on the Podio platform and marketing services through GoHighLevel. Our offerings include:
- CRM setup and integration.
- Client management and support.
- Marketing and lead generation tools.
3. Account Creation
To access our services, you must create an account with Podio Premium Package. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Payments and Subscriptions

Upon activating your account, a one-time setup fee of $250 is required. This fee includes:

Our Freemium Version is designed for beginners or those who may not be ready to commit to a paid plan. This version allows you to utilize our CRM functionalities without immediate financial pressure.
- Duration: Available for 2 months free of charge.
- User Limit: Up to 2 users can access this version.
- Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $250 applies, as detailed above.
3. Professional CRM Package
Following the initial two-month free period, your subscription will transition to a standard rate of $299 per month for the Professional CRM Package. This package includes:
- Comprehensive CRM features designed for established businesses.
- A one-time setup fee of $250, which covers onboarding and essential integrations.
4. Consultant Services
If you require personalized adjustments to suit your specific needs, we offer consulting services. Our consultants can assist you with:
- Customizing the CRM to better fit your business requirements.
- Providing expert advice and insights tailored to your operational needs.
- The consulting rate is $69 per hour.
5. Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a monthly refund policy within the first 30 days of your subscription. For cancellation requests made within 15 days of your request, we will process your refund promptly.
FYI: Setup fee is non-refundable, because that is used for our team who are setting up your accounts.
6. Data Collection and Use
We collect the following information for client management and customer support:
- Name
- Phone Number
We utilize this information to provide updates about our products and support our clients effectively. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third-party tools, except for payment processing through Stripe.
7. Termination of Services
You may terminate your subscription by signing in to our Stripe portal and unsubscribing from your subscription. You must submit a termination request for the account closure.
8. Third-Party Integration
Integroforce provides integrations with various tools essential for real estate businesses, including marketing tools, cold calling systems, phone systems, and other required tools based on our customer base.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Integroforce, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
